Kathleen has lived and owned property in Harrison West and Victorian Village since 1986. She graduated from Worthington High School and Ohio University. She has over 20 years of sales, marketing and management and started in the Real Estate business, in part, due to Bruce Dooley, CRS, GRI.
Kathleen is dedicated to promoting excellence in Real Estate consulting by providing her clients the highest level of care and concern.
Kathleen represents Sellers and Buyers. Kathleen will represent only your interests as a Buyer OR Seller: Ohio allows an agent to represent the buyer and seller in one transaction, and get both sides of a commission. But, Kathleen feels, an agent can't fairly represent the interests of two parties to the same transaction.
An agent should represent only one party - you.
Kathleen specializes in the Downtown Columbus, Midtown, Short North, Victorian Village, and University District areas. She is a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, Ohio Realtor Association and the National Association of Realtors. Kathleen has also received a designation of ABR, Accredited Buyer Representation.
